ABSTRACT

The Change Competence Canvas is an interactive working method that is tied to the Change Competence Model. It enables to make several diagnoses with a group, in order to see and experience which problems and dysfunctions are present within the organization. It also enables to observe, for example, which leadership roles are present and which are missing in order to realize change successfully. It generates essential insights for the formulation of proper change goals and the design of a change strategy that is congruent with the possibilities of the organization. An organization values people who were involved in projects. With a limited additional investment, knowledge and perceptions for the diagnosis can be increased. The change history and the basis for future activities are brought into the picture.
