ABSTRACT
Water is vital for realizing the full potential of the agriculture sector and the country’s development. The availability of water and crop growth mostly depends on climatic parameters, such as precipitation, temperature and relative humidity. The rural poor, dependent on agriculture, are highly influenced by such climatic changes. For instance, the severity of drought and floods, due to climate change (CC), affect the livelihood of billions of people.
