Why this proj ect case study? The Gulf Coast Community Design Studio (GCCDS) was established as an outreach program of Mississippi State University. Led by architect David Perkes, it operates as a team of architects, or ‘studio’, to respond to the specific reconstruction needs of the Biloxi community.
