ABSTRACT
Three States are party, with the European Union, to the revised Lugano Convention of 30 October 2007, here and elsewhere referred to as ‘Lugano II’. Article 73 of Regulation 1215/2012 provides that the Brussels I Regulation is not to aect the application of the Lugano II Convention, and it is therefore necessary to deal with it, if in abbreviated fashion, at this point.
