ABSTRACT
As against 8 million persons taken out of unemployment, the civilians with jobs have increased by 6,200,000 while the Armed Forces have been increased by 10,200,000, or altogether 16,400,000. These figures are the best practical demonstration that the number of jobs is not fixed, but can be expanded whenever the Government has sufficient desire to do so.
