ABSTRACT
92This is my painted plea against hunting. I mixed up a fiery red for the background, symbolizing my passion for animals and the outrage I feel about hunting. The woman’s braids surround the animals, protecting them. The text on her body describes the lives of these animals, in hopes of inspiring love and respect for them from the viewer. There are tiny hunters in coffins at the lower part of the painting. Vultures hover nearby.
