Pages 12

In this chapter, we make the point that effective leaders must be capable of collaboration with others both inside and outside their organizations – some of whom share objectives, while others are pursuing goals that are different or even inimical to their own. Beyond this, leaders must be constantly striving to create collaborative networks and relationships that can be developed and mined to support sustainable creativity, innovation, and productivity to drive their organization’s interests, as well as the common good.
