Is there any such thing as life after death? And if there is, what do we mean by life after death?
In this chapter you will consider different ideas about life after death, such as resurrection and rebirth, or reincarnation. You will explore what these mean for religious believers and then consider whether these concepts are coherent. You will also consider what is meant by body and soul and consider the relationship between definitions of body and soul and discussions of life after death. Finally, you will consider what is meant by heaven and hell, and the relation of these concepts to life after death.
