ABSTRACT
With the articulation of the vision of what will be the focus of the Global Governance Enterprise’s (GGE’s) efforts, next is stage two: a formulation of the change model that sets out what changes are needed to realize the vision. The change model shares with the vision a mixture of inspiration and practicality. It is a companion piece that complements the vision. Where the vision sets out what change(s) will be sought and the impact of those changes, the change model provides the reasoning and the logic that supports the belief that such change(s), in fact, could be realized. Where the vision sets out to engage and inspire others to join together to make a difference, the change model makes the case that such an effort is a feasible and reasonable venture.
