ABSTRACT
Stage four explores the opportunities for creating and capturing value. It serves two functions towards building a Global Governance Enterprise (GGE). The first is to drive commitment to undertaking innovative solutions to the global problem addressed in the vision. Creating and capturing value benefits the people and the community that is to be the target of the GGE’s efforts. The second is to convince potential partners that the GGE will create value that they themselves can capture. Developing ideas about how value can be created and captured by partners is a discovery process based on looking at global problems through the lens of the change model and co-creating ways to bring about change that makes the world a better place.
