ABSTRACT

Stage five is the final step that assembles the Global Governance Enterprise (GGE). The efforts made during the previous stages have laid the foundation for securing agreement of the partners to participate in the GGE. The vision has been set out and states clearly and in terms that are quantifiable what the GGE proposes to change and how it will make for a better world. The change model describes the conditions that affect the global problem the vision is seeking to address in sufficient detail and in the local context. It provides a clear view of the actions partners might agree to so their actions are purposeful and impactful. Partners have been recruited from a wide spectrum of sectors: governments, businesses, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). The partners that are directly affected by GGE actions have a broad range of experiences relevant to understanding the communities to be targeted, the global problem to be addressed, and a broad set of relevant skills. Finally, an investigation has been made about innovative ways public and private value could be created to advance the realization of the vision and be captured by the partners.
