ABSTRACT
This chapter describes the brain-based approach used in the Brain Enrichment Center. Our goal is to increase self-efficacy, flexibility, and effectiveness for our clients. We combine theoretical perspectives in a postmodern approach that emphasizes neuroscience, as well as the best clinical evidence-based approaches.
