ABSTRACT
This chapter provides guidelines of how to use the theory in this book for the following tasks: classify an existing e-business scenario and analyze an existing e-business scenario. First it describes a technique to get an overview of the major dependencies between elements in the four BOAT aspects in an e-business scenario to understand the overall conceptual structure of that scenario. Second it adds the time aspect to understand and describe development and evolution of an e-business scenario. During the analysis or design of an e-business scenario the most important elements in the four BOAT aspects and their dependencies can be shown in a BOAT element dependency diagram (BEDD) to provide an overview of a scenario. The service-dominant business model radar for the most complex e-business scenario of TraXP. This is the scenario developed to offer the seamless travel experience value-in-use to the customer group of executive business travellers.
