ABSTRACT
The Monthly Practicum Log (Form 3.7) permits the student to quantify the number of hours spent in particular counseling areas while in the practicum. The practicum student should detail the time spent in the various training activities. The student should have his/her supervisor sign the practicum log monthly in recognition of these activities.
