ABSTRACT
This chapter describes a sequence of three turns, micro-essays about the knowledge ananlysis (KA) interaction analysis (IA) project. One point of a turn is to display heuristic, transient, and generative strategies of thinking that may never appear explicitly in an essay, but which may insightfully characterize community ways of thinking. On the one hand, almost all educational researchers want their results to apply to the real world of 'intact' human systems, where prople hope to find learning happening with large consequences for their civilization. The third turn in a clinical interview is overwhelmingly not evaluation, but, instead, picks out an interviewee's idea and puts it forward for continued consideration. In fact, recent work of mine has brought clarity to me concerning certain aspects of the phenomenological primitive (p-prim) model that definitively need extension to deal with specific and empirically tractable phenomena. Ecology is another example domain. Surely we want to look at intact systems.
