Sometimes they are sitting there laconic; sometimes they are really into it. You can feel it. It’s like electricity: an electric, tactile thing that you can feel. It’s a participatory thing, a dialogue with the audience. It’s all part of the live experience. That’s what makes it so amazing … or horrible.
