ABSTRACT
Revenge is not only applicable to the person of infringement, but also applicable to anything of tort. The law of ancient “Dior” is a typical legislation. Dior is only the inanimate objects which caused the deaths of persons. In ancient law, Dior will be destroyed as criminals. This behavior is consistent of the law which rooted in the Revenge. You want to fight If you’ve been hurt, and regardless of who or anything hurt you. Therefore, if a tree fell down and killing people, the tree is “Dior” which must be destroyed (Richard A.P. 2002).
