ABSTRACT
Ren Chuanyong et al.[3] (2008) thought that the paramilitary administration have some reference value for the college or university students affairs management and institutional adjustment. Lixin Han[4] (2010) pointed that it is the inevitable requirement to train the qualified college or university students with the paramilitary administration system in apartment, to train the society builders and successors with solid theoretical knowledge and excellent overall qualities, and also to ensure the nation’s prosperity. All these studies show that the assistant counselor system has great advantages for the administration of college or university student affairs, and it has a significant meaning to enhance the students’ comprehensive qualities under the paramilitary administration at colleges or universities.
