ABSTRACT
The civil engineering budgetary estimate, as an important practical professional course for civil engineering and project management majors, is to cultivate students to grasp the basic knowledge of quota and bill of quantities and teach them to correctly draw up the project costs documents such as construction budgetary estimate, working plan estimate, bill of quantities, price control of the project bidding, project bidding price and project settlement by using quota and the rules for the bill of quantities, which will lay a sound professional foundation for the budgetary estimate work in civil engineering.
