ABSTRACT

After practice in recent years, in our school, the training model of “3+1” has following several modes.

2.1 Internship mode

The students recruit by enterprise for internship when in the 4th academic year. And they directly take part in real projects of enterprise. It is very useful for their upcoming employment in software companies. As for management of students, we take dual mentors (corporate enterprise and university) system [2]. Under this mode, first, the students can get actual project training. On the other hand, the students also create value for the enterprise. So, it can form ad double-win situation, and welcomed by enterprises. However, in this mode, students need to meet the knowledge requirement of enterprise, abilities conditions. Moreover, the enterprises with higher level, they require the internship students with better knowledge, background, and programming ability. As for local authoritative universities and colleges, private colleges, the proportion of students who meet these conditions, is not very high. Fox example, in our school, there is only 25 percent. Therefore, this mode can only solve part of the problem, and can not apply to all ubiquitous colleges and universities.
