ABSTRACT
Volleyball games more exciting, more intense, attracting more and more attention and love of volleyball. But because the volleyball entry threshold is too high, the popularity of Volleyball in Colleges and universities, have to face the volleyball skills high, comprehensive technology, the fierce confrontation and the hardness of the ball and facilities of higher requirements, these adverse factors have doomed the volleyball sports existing restricted by different degree in the promotion.
