ABSTRACT
Bilingual teaching quality assurance system’s establishment and the consummation to strengthen the understanding of the goal of bilingual teaching, and can provide a correct orientation for universities. Management system aim at bilingual teaching is constructed, which is carried out guaranteeing the quality and quantity. Bilingual teaching quality guarantee system can acquire and timely feedback various elements, each link and the working state information of bilingual teaching, and its quality was controlled.
