ABSTRACT
China formally promulgated the “Guidance of Computer Course Teaching Outline in Middle and Primary Schools (Revised Draft)” file In 1997, clearly shows the course’s objective: cultivating students’ interest and awareness of information technology; making the students understand and master the basic knowledge and basic skills of information technology, have the ability to obtain, transmit, process, and applying information, and understand information technology theory and relevant cultural and social problems; to foster students’ good information literacy. Let the students take information technology as a support method for lifelong learning and cooperative learning, and construct necessary foundation of modern information society.
