ABSTRACT
Because of network control play an increasingly important role in living and industrial, people begin to put forward higher requirements for the features of network control, such as fast, stability and accuracy, Network Control Systems[1] (NCSs) aroused the interest of many scholars. NCS can reduce the costs of cables and power, simplify the installation and maintenance of the whole system, and increase the flexibility. But time-delay caused by data transmission and packet drop will inevitably affect stability and accuracy of the NCSs.
