ABSTRACT
To further improve the accuracy of finger detection, we present the Hand Shape Decomposition (HSD) method based on the Discrete Curve Evolution (DCE).
Our hand gesture recognition system framework is shown in Figure 1. With the use of improved FEMD and HSD, the overall system can achieve the state-of-the-art recognition accuracy and efficiency.
