ABSTRACT

It has been an important issue of the teaching reform how to strengthen the students’ innovative trainings and exercises; improve their engineering accomplishment and practical abilities. In this paper, based on the target teaching theory, an Inquiry-Discovery Teaching Method (IDTM) is established to bring the relative individualized education into effect by classifying course targets and grading teaching objects. IDTM has successfully been carried out in the teaching practices of course design, plays positive roles in reaching the teaching goals. IDTM provides a innovative reference of educational mechanism for the applied talents in the application-oriented universities.
