ABSTRACT
As with many in other professional fields of study, faculty in public health have been thrust into e-learning as a means to respond to preparing their workforce to meet future health challenges (Dodds, Laraia, & Carbone, 2003; Edouard et al., 2009; Institute of Medicine (IOM) 2003; University of Texas System, 2005; World Health Organization [WHO], 2006).
