ABSTRACT
The agendas of climate change and development have a huge potential for supporting each other, leading to a stepwise transformation to low carbon practices while enhancing development results in a variety of areas. Energy services play a pivotal role in this context, especially for stimulating other development priorities; at the same time, providing low carbon solutions for these new development demands delivers modern and effective technologies as well as business and financing models.
