ABSTRACT
In January 1794 war broke out between Takla Glyorgls and Ras Khaylu, and “ Takla Glyorgls prevailed for God was with him.” He went on to Dambeya to go to the Dadjazmatch Gadelu, who refused to receive him, but was received by Ras Aligaz who with a large army was at Tchat Weha. Thus Takla Glyorgls was restored to his throne, and he ruled until April 1795.
