The enforcement of CSME competition law by the CARICOM Competition Commission

The CARICOM Competition Commission (CCC), the main body to enforce CSME competition law, was established on the basis of Article 171 RTC. In accordance with the decision of the Heads of Government made at their 10th Special Session held in Port of Spain in November 2004, the CCC has its headquarters in Paramaribo, Suriname. It came into existence on 18 January 2008.
