ABSTRACT
Introduction It was an ideal New England autumn day, the sky a clear blue with just a hint of chill in the air, the leaves turning brilliant colors. A perfect day for a football game, so the suburban Connecticut couple decided to drive to a nearby town to watch their nephew play. They joined the other spectators at the field just in time to see the Jets, their nephew’s team, line up against the Raiders. All the players were five years old.
