ABSTRACT
I would like to start by defining the meanings of the two words ‘sport’ and ‘drugs’. The ‘Oxford Dictionary’ states that a sport is an amusement, diversion or fun, and that a sportsman is a person who regards life as a game in which opponents must be allowed fair play. You may take the latter how you like in the context of international sport today, but the gist is that the fun should be fair.
