ABSTRACT
The period 2010-13 was a traumatic one for many in the wind-power manufacturing industry. And although a new period of growth is now ahead of us, the issues that emerged most strongly during the period are unlikely to go away anytime soon. I want to look at some of the key challenges facing the wind sector by identifying some of the unresolved contradictions at work in the industry.
