At this point, you should hopefully have an idea of how to pull together the different elements in this book to create solid, complete costumes for a variety of puppet characters. As you build more and more characters and costumes, you’ll find it useful to create a photo file of historical
costume pictures for reference and inspiration. Be aware that due to the size
and movement constraints of your puppet, you may not be able to exactly
recreate a specific costume. It’s more important to suggest the line/color of
historical costumes than to attempt an exact copy.
