ABSTRACT
The Results of New Order system in Indonesia that always puts partiality and disintegrity in development, brought Indonesia’s defense to such low points so as to put this country to be the weakest in South East Asia during that era. This weak condition still exists today, although present particular efforts are made to build a stronger defense system. nevertheless, back again the partiality and disintragravity still plagued in the mindset of defense policy makers.
