ABSTRACT
Back in the conference room on Thursday morning, the last full
day of the training, Violet greets participants at 9:03 a.m. by
asking them with a laugh, "How did you all survive the practicum
day?" She also asks them, "Is there anything you would like to
say right now." One participant says, in a playful tone, "I'm
exhausted." Many participants laugh along with her, but Violet
takes her seriously saying, "Yes, this training is an intense
experience."
