ABSTRACT

Little Honey pantomimes spitting in my face but doesn’t do it. Finally she agrees to sit on my lap with two pillows and no hugs. Bear has the whip; he’s whipping the outside world. Robert is fearful of doing the wrong thing. Big Honey is doing well controlling Dad. She is holding her hammer and is splashed with gore. She comes over to comfort Little Honey, but Little Honey says she’s dirty and smells bad. Big Honey: “Yes, sometimes work makes you dirty.” Young One is withdrawn, bent over with his arms wrapped around himself. He’s used to being alone. Ill Red too seems all but shut down. Guard Red is sad and lonely. He tries to play by himself to keep from being afraid. . . .
