ABSTRACT
The major factors contributing to racial strife on college campuses are discussed and different conceptualizations of appropriate race relations goals are reviewed A number of widely used and/or exciting, new race relations training interventions are presented for use with students, faculty and administrators. Institutional policies and faculty activities that would enhance poly-culturalism are also presented.
