ABSTRACT
Setting: The McGoogan Library of Medicine is an academic health sciences library that serves the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC), its teaching hospital, and the state of Nebraska. The three-story structure opened in 1970. By 1995, the building was in urgent need of renovation.
