ABSTRACT
Our land-grant university faculty and staff and the rest of us involved in community youth development must recognize and value multiple funding sources, some very unfamiliar to us in the past, and treat them as active, engaged partners rather than passive providers who pay our bills. We must respect not only their investments of resources but their ideas and needs.
