ABSTRACT
I have the dual assignment of presenting Transactional analysis (TA) and Re-decision therapy. Transactional analysis is primarily a theory, and we use the theory in our practice of Redecision therapy. We use Eric Berne’s concept of contractual therapy, which I will explain below; his Game theory, which we have modified; and the TA concept of injunctions and early decisions, which forms the basis of our Redecision work. We also use other aspects of TA theory, which I won’t be discussing here.
