ABSTRACT
Mary McClure Goulding is one of the leading exponents of Transactional Analysis, Along with her late husband, Robert Goulding, M.D., she developed an approach called Redecision Therapy, which synthe-sizes Transactional Analysis and Gestalt. Together they founded and directed the Western Institute for Group and Family Therapy in Watsonville, Calif. The Gouldings wrote two professional books about their approach, and there is an edited volume about the Redecision model. Mary Goulding also wrote two books about Bob, Sweet Love Remembered, and Time to Say Goodbye: Moving Beyond Loss.
