ABSTRACT

Beef, cream, butter, beer … what more could a Bear want from an entree?

12 ounces wide egg noodles

6 tablespoons butter

3 pounds beef tenderloin or cubed steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup beer

1/4 cup shallots, chopped

1 pound small button mushrooms, thickly sliced

1 cup canned beef broth

3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste
