This is one of our “lighter” recipes, which means you can eat more of it!

1 (8-ounce) package wonton skins

3 cups vegetable oil

3 chicken breasts

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup sugar

1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped

2 (8-ounce) cans water chestnuts, drained and sliced

1 (6-ounce) can black olives, drained and chopped

1 bunch green onions, chopped
