1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon minced peeled ginger

1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 onion, sliced

1 cup chicken broth

salt and pepper
