ABSTRACT
A great deal of literature on business and economics refers to leadership based on a single leader, normally referred to as a chief executive officer (CEO). However, a reduced number of companies around the world have not one, but two or more CEOs while others have two or more chairmen of the board and, in some rare cases, two or more CEOs and chairmen of the board at the same time.
