Ironically, success brings changes that sometimes lead to an entrepreneur’s deciding to leave the business, often to start something new again. Entrepreneurs are creators, founders, makers. Markus Persson, founder of Mojang and creator of the popular game Minecraft, wrote a letter to fans after the sale of the company to Microsoft for $2.5 billion. Persson, known as Notch to his fans, is candid about his reasons for the sale.
