ABSTRACT
Architectural photographs do not record or document buildings, they inter - pret them. Photographers translate three dimensional space into images that have the viewpoint and agenda of their author. Where one stands, what time of day is chosen, what lens is selected, how the exposure is set, and the many other stylistic choices made all contribute to determine the aesthetic view - point that is presented in the image.
