ABSTRACT
Cantillation in the Sephardi synagogue incorporates cantorial traditions that have been handed down from generation to generation for hundreds of years. In the wake of recent waves of immigration these traditions have been deeply influenced by the cultural impact of the different ethnic groups that have settled in Israel.
