ABSTRACT
Potential leaders / facilitators need to review their responsibilities, personal characteristics, and time commitment to fully understand what is expected of them. The rewards of helping children are great; however, if one is unable to follow-through, difficulty will result not only for facilitators but also for children and their parents.
